....I know it has been forever since I submitted anything. But in the state that I was in....it was kinda of impossible to get anything done or even bring myself to post anything.

Alright.....this picture was sadly....actually drawn for that boy that hurt me so much. It was going to be colored....but with the emotion that I felt, I felt it best to keep it just black and white....and in pencil, to give it a sort of depressing aura. It's very symbolic of what we think of depression...I think this image shows it perfectly.

When depressed, we think of God (the cross) as nothing....like we forget about him entirely, as if he is below us. Then we have the heart hanging from the ledge, as being ripped from Gerard's chest and hanging by a single thread before it falls to the ground and breaks. The mouth is a representation of Satan, coming to devour what is left of our soul. And lastly....the rose represents what little is left of us.....as we cry.

This was not originally intended to be sad....it just seemed to turn out that way. Hope you all enjoy it.
